Hello, I’m Ben and I’m the founder and owner of Jammin.
I’ve worked in IT for over 25 years in all sorts of roles as developer, architect and management whilst working in companies ranging from large corporations to small entrepreneurial startups.
I’m also a counsellor and having counselling skills really helps when listening and understanding clients’ needs. It also helps in explaining how websites work and how the people who come to our websites work. But please know that I absolutely don’t expect you to understand the technology, after all, it’s not your job. When I take my car to the garage to get fixed, I have no idea what all the parts are, I just want it to work again. I’m not a mechanic and you are (probably) not a web designer.
It’s my job to understand all the jargon and code: CSS, HTML, SEO, firepenguins (ok I made the last one up) so that you don’t have to worry about it. And it’s your job to help make decisions about what you want to say because you know you best.
I will be doing most of the work to get your website just how you want it but I have colleagues to call on for anything particularly specialist you may need.
