Your name and email address will be stored with Gmail by the nature of your contact. Electronic correspondence between you will be held in relevant apps e.g. Gmail, Messages, WhatsApp
Accounting
Your name, address and email may be stored in a secure online accounting system e.g. QuickFile
Paper
Written notes may contain ideas and thoughts for your website and information you share with us.
How your personal data may be processed and shared:
The only time we would share your information with any 3rd party is if we were to sign up to any service on your behalf and with your consent. Or if we mutually agree to use a 3rd party specialist to provide a service that Jammin don’t offer.
Erasing your personal data:
When our contract ends, we will continue to hold your personal data in any communication and in the form of backups of your website unless you explicitly ask us to delete it.
Your Rights:
- To be informed what personal data of yours is held.
- To see the information that is held about you, free of charge (for the initial request).
- To rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- To withdraw consent for using your personal information.
- To request your personal information be erased. (Parts of this request may be declined for accounting purposes).
